Staff at Oklahoma agencies sign in here to file guidance with the Secretary of State. If you do not have access yet, you can ask for it.

Choose “Forgot password?” on the next page, and a code will be emailed to you.

Need access?

Ask the Secretary of State to add you as an Agency Submitter for your agency. They review each request and email you their decision.

You will need your work email address and the name of your agency.
